CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
All our products are produced and shipped from U.S.A and shipping cost is determined by printer.
All orders are shipped with valid tracking information.
We can not adjust shipping costs. 
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We gladly accept cancellations.
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hrs item is sent to processing and can not be cancelled.
Shipping address can be updated within 12 hours of purchase, when order is sent to production it cannot be updated.
WE WILL REPLACE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS*  BUT DO NOT OFFER RETURNS
Our Products are custom printed as ordered.
We do not carry inventory; each product is printed when ordered. Each product is unique print.
Colors of our products may slightly differ from the image on your screen because of different monitor calibrations.
This is not accepted as the reason for return.
Generally, if you need very precise tone of the product colors - buying in person is the best way to achieve that.
*In exceptional circumstances where our product is defective it can be replaced with same design purchased.
Photographic proof of incorrect printing or damage needs to be provided so we can arrange replacement with our printer.
If your order happens to be lost in the postal system, after reviewing tracking info replacement will be sent as soon possible.
Situations when Customer does not pick up their mail in time specified on their postal notice and order is being returned to us - additional shipping charges will need to be paid before resending.
If customer does not want to reship partial refund will be applied after covering production and initial shipping costs.
